Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

All orders for Premium Single Origin Beans are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

THEFIX is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at 434 Magsaysay Avenue, Baguio City. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within one business day. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. 
Our in-store pickup hours are 10 am to 5 pm on Weekdays (Monday to Friday). Please have your order confirmation email/text message with you when you come.

Shipping charges and delivery time estimates for your order will be calculated by the shipping carrier chosen. Delivery fees will be at the expense of the buyer.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at thefix2600@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Return & Exchange Policy

THEFIX wants you to be 100% satisfied, and we stand behind our orders and service. If we make a mistake we fix it, if there is a problem with the product we work with you to resolve the problem.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the  Premium Single Origin Beans you received, Please contact us at thefix2600@gmail.com to resolve the problem. We accept returns up to 3 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

Premium Cold Brew products are non refundable unless it arrived damaged or spoiled.

​

Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error is only eligible for a partial refund.
